City Council Citizen Panel database
Southampton city council used a panel of local citizens who participated in regular questionnaire surveys, the results of which were used to monitor the performance of the Council.
GeoData Institute supported the maintenance of the panel database, updating details of members and recruiting new members. We also produced the questionnaire survey forms, mailed them to panel members, received the completed forms (via a Freepost address set up by GeoData), entered the data into a database and analysed the results.
