Field survey forms an inherent aspect of many of our environment programmes. In particular, geomorphological, environmental, social and economic surveys provide the basis for Impact Assessments.
Remote monitoring and real-time data feed provides additional input to our environmental services, and GeoData has experience of remote logging in number of harsh environments (river, glacier etc.)
Field survey is increasingly utilising digital systems and mobile data entry systems, incorporating GIS ad GPS devices.
