The NHS Wellbeing project is a collaborative initiative between the University of Southampton and key project partners in Hampshire including Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust and Portsmouth City Council. It focuses on integrating geospatial data with health and wellbeing information to support public health decision-making and service planning following the COVID-19 pandemic. The project aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing mental health and wellbeing among NHS staff, and seeks to identify patterns and trends that can inform targeted interventions and policies.
